Thomas Munby KC has been appointed to join the panel of part-time Senior Decision Makers at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Senior Decision Makers determine the outcome of the Commission's major enforcement cases, sitting alone to hear cases involving findings of serious regulatory shortcomings against licensees and/or individual directors. View the panel of Senior Decision Makers here. 

Thomas' appointment will be alongside his full-time litigation and arbitration practice in chambers.
