Maitland Chambers has facilities that accommodate the needs of both clients and barristers alike. It includes five separate conference rooms with flexibility to accommodate up to 40 people for large conferences, as well as multi-party mediation.

Care has been given to the materials used to separate conference rooms to achieve secure and confidential discussion within. Networked IT, telecoms and Wi-Fi are standard across the facilities with added flexibility for multi-party conference calls. Video-conferencing and display screens are available in two of our conference rooms.

In-house seminars host approximately 40 delegates, and proper provision for catering arrangements (at seminars or conferences) can be accommodated.

Parking can be arranged and Maitland Chambers are able to offer comfortable and appropriate access for people with a disability. A portable wheelchair lift is available which enables easy access to the ground floor of 7 Stone Buildings where the conference rooms in Chambers are located. Our reception and a Conference Room have induction loops for the hard of hearing. Our door security systems are marked in contrasting colours from the surrounds and the buttons are large enough to be easily used. Conference room exit doors are in a colour that contrasts with the surrounding walls. Fire regulations provide evacuation procedures for people with a disability.
