Michael Gibbon KC (instructed by Will Gunston of Osborne Clarke together with his team, including Claire Bundy and Sam Furse) appeared for the petitioners in out of hours applications for the expedited winding up of the key NRS Healthcare companies (NRS Healthcare Limited and Nottingham Rehab Limited). 

NRS Healthcare is one of the largest providers of vital health and social care services in the UK. Winding up orders were made by Mr Justice Thompsell, who went on to appoint special managers from PricewaterhouseCoopers to assist the Official Receiver as liquidator of the companies.
