Maxim Cardew appointed to Attorney General’s B Panel of Junior Counsel
Maitland is pleased to announce that Maxim Cardew has been appointed to the Attorney General’s B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown. The appointment will commence from 1 September 2025 and last for a period of five years.
As a member of the B panel, Maxim will deal with substantial cases on behalf of the UK government, generally where knowledge and experience of a particular field is required.
Maxim looks forward to the range of additional cases this will bring in his core areas of company and insolvency, charities and property litigation, alongside his commercial and chancery private practice.
