Maitland is proud to announce our continued involvement in the Commercial Bar Association (COMBAR) Mentoring Scheme, which is now open for applications.

This valuable initiative, run by COMBAR, is designed to support aspiring barristers from groups that are under-represented at the Commercial Bar. Through one-to-one mentoring, insight events, and practical application support, the scheme helps demystify the path to practice and offers meaningful encouragement to those considering a career in commercial law. 

At Maitland, we believe that diversity strengthens the Bar, and we are committed to helping ensure that talent from all backgrounds has the opportunity to thrive.
