Jason Mitchell has been appointed a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), following his completion of CIArb’s Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration.

The CIArb is the world’s largest community of private dispute resolution professionals who champion all aspects of constructive resolution across arbitration, mediation and adjudication.

Jason’s recent appointments as sole arbitrator include an international arbitration concerning a shareholders’ agreement in the mining industry, and several South African-seated arbitrations administered by the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa. He also appears as counsel in international and domestic arbitrations, including arbitrations administered by the London Court of International Arbitration and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
