James Shaerf joins Maitland Chambers
Maitland is delighted to welcome James Shaerf to Chambers.
James was called to the Bar in 2021 and has a strong and varied practice in commercial litigation and arbitration, recently being instructed in successive Commercial Court trials each worth over £1bn, in international energy and infrastructure arbitrations, and led and unled in the Chancery Division.
Prior to coming to the Bar, James practised for more than a decade as a solicitor in major law firms in Paris and London, acting as counsel in international arbitrations and in large-scale English commercial litigation.
