The Court of Appeal strikes out Star Wars claims.

Edmund Cullen KC acted successfully for the producers of the Star Wars films in an appeal on a reverse summary judgment application relating to a claim in unjust enrichment arising out of the use of the likeness of the late Peter Cushing as Grand Moff Tarkin in 2016 film ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’.
