Judgment has been handed down in the Privy Council in Ivanishvili v Credit Suisse [2025] UK PC 53 in which the findings of the courts below in Bermuda were upheld in relation to the correct interpretation of certain life insurance policies where their wording was unclear, as well as confirming the measure of damages applied by the Chief Justice and rejecting arguments on a break in the chain of causation.
