David Mumford QC & Thomas Munby secure an important victory for the State of Qatar in its claim against Banque Havilland

David Mumford QC and Thomas Munby (with Hugo Leith of Brick Court Chambers) have secured an important victory for the State of Qatar in its claim against Banque Havilland, defeating a claim to privilege in an investigation report and forcing a re-review of previous disclosure by the bank on a “Model E” basis.
