We offer our congratulations to The Honourable Mr Justice Colin Rimer who has been appointed a Lord Justice of Appeal on the retirement of Lord Justice Auld on 30 September 2007.  Mr Justice Rimer was called to the Bar by Lincoln's Inn in 1968 and had a practice at Maitland Chambers (formerly 13 Old Square) before becoming a Judge of the High Court, Chancery Division, in 1994.
