We have been involved in a wide variety of partnership disputes, including those relating to international professional services firms, hedge funds, private equity firms, financial services firms, wealth management partnerships, property portfolios, agricultural partnerships, solicitors’ and accountants’ firms and doctors’, dentists’ and veterinarian practices.
Partnership disputes regularly throw up complex issues involving a wide range of legal disciplines including fraud, trusts, property rights, negligence and insolvency. We are particularly well placed to provide this multi-specialism advice and representation at hearings.
