Profile
Jonathan’s practice is largely litigation based and covers contractual and commercial disputes, company, insolvency, partnership and real property. He has considerable court experience. He has appeared in a number of recent reported cases at first instance and in the Court of Appeal. He has also acted in litigation in other jurisdictions and has appeared in Gibraltar and the Isle of Man. Jonathan’s practice also includes advisory work and extends to the more traditional areas of general Chancery work for which he is highly recommended.
